Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
* Utilise various sourcing channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events.
* Conduct thorough assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and experience.
* Negotiate and extend job offers to successful candidates.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
* Manage recruitment metrics and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
* Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, preferably within a large organisation.
* Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is desirable.
