1️ Recruitment Manager

Location: Visakhapatnam
Department: HR – Talent Acquisition
Experience: 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units
• Manage Talent Acquisition team and hiring strategies
• Build strong sourcing pipelines & employer branding
• Coordinate with HODs for manpower planning
• Drive recruitment analytics, dashboards & TAT
• Ensure smooth onboarding coordination

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in hiring (mass + niche)
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management
• Expertise in job portals, sourcing tools & MIS

2️ Node JS Developer

Location: Visakhapatnam
Department: IT – Software Development
Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & deploy backend applications using Node JS
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs
• Troubleshoot, debug & optimize applications
• Work with databases (MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL)
• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX & QA teams

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with Node JS & Express JS
• Good knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage
