Recruitment Manager - Real Estate (European/Arabic) Dubai

The Recruitment Manager will design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to fill roles across different functions. The role requires strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai job market, UAE labor laws, and the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be metrics-driven, systems-savvy, and able to build a strong employer brand to attract high-caliber real estate professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

01. Develop and lead recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities, workforce plans, and growth objectives across all business units.

02. Oversee and govern end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring consistent standards, quality, and compliance across all hiring activities.

03. Design, build, and scale sustainable talent pipelines through structured sourcing frameworks and market partnerships.

04. Establish and optimize multi-channel sourcing strategies and ensure effective utilization of ATS and recruitment systems.

05. Lead employer branding initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders, strengthening market positioning and talent attraction.

06. Partner with senior leaders to translate business objectives into hiring roadmaps, capacity plans, and prioritized recruitment initiatives.

07. Build, lead, and develop a diverse recruitment team, setting performance standards, driving capability development, and fostering accountability.

08. Track recruitment performance through dashboards and analytics, providing strategic insights and continuous improvement recommendations to management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE

A- Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or CHRM/SPHR certification is a plus.

B- Experience:

7+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or manager role; experience in real estate or professional services is preferred.

C- Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, Emiratization frameworks, visa processes, and local HR compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing recruitment teams across diverse functions and talent segments.
  • Proven experience in managing complex, high-volume hiring environments and aligning recruitment delivery with business priorities.
  • Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, using recruitment data and market insights to drive strategy and performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills in multicultural and multi-national environments.
  • High level of autonomy, resilience, and adaptability, with the ability to operate independently and establish strong local presence.
