A well reputed company is seeking a dedicated and professional Recruitment Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a Full-Time position integral to our company's mission. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to support our continued growth and commitment to excellence. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we secure skilled professionals who align with our deep-rooted business fundamentals and forward-thinking vision.
Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding new employees.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and define specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
* Create, post, and manage compelling job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and professional networks.
* Proactively source potential candidates through online channels, such as professional networks, social media, and CV databases.
* Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate suitability, qualifications, and cultural fit.
* Coordinate the interview process with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
* Represent Yousef Al-Rajhi Group professionally at career fairs and industry events to promote our employer brand.
Qualifications
* Proven work experience as a Recruitment Officer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role within a professional environment.
* A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
* Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and the full hiring lifecycle.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
* Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment channels.
* Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly advantageous.
