Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles across the organization.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for candidate evaluation.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Collaborate with HR and management to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and on social media to enhance employer branding.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (1–3 years preferred).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms.
- A passion for identifying and nurturing talent!
