Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles across the organization.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for candidate evaluation.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and on social media to enhance employer branding.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (1–3 years preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms.
  • A passion for identifying and nurturing talent!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
