Recruitment Officer
Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source candidates using multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and assess candidate suitability based on role requirements and company values.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and structured process.
  • Understand recruitment needs, define role requirements, and provide insights on market trends and best hiring practices.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of candidates in the recruitment database.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Maintain a positive, proactive, and resourceful approach to talent acquisition.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination—preferably within an in-house HR team or recruitment agency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
