Recruitment Officer

Job description:

Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the hiring process to attract, assess, and recruit qualified candidates for organizational vacancies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Posting job advertisements and managing applications.
  • Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Conducting initial candidate assessments and reference checks.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
  • Preparing job offers and supporting the onboarding process.
  • Maintaining recruitment records and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment. Experience in Construction field is a plus
  • Must have strong knowledge of recruitment processes, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Must have experience using recruitment platforms and job portals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
