Job description:
Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the hiring process to attract, assess, and recruit qualified candidates for organizational vacancies. Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Posting job advertisements and managing applications.
- Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Conducting initial candidate assessments and reference checks.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
- Preparing job offers and supporting the onboarding process.
- Maintaining recruitment records and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment. Experience in Construction field is a plus
- Must have strong knowledge of recruitment processes, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Must have experience using recruitment platforms and job portals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
