Job Purpose
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities to attract, hire, and integrate high-quality talent in alignment with organizational needs. The role ensures a seamless hiring and onboarding experience while maintaining compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and agree on timelines.

Develop and post job advertisements across appropriate channels.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and direct outreach.

Screen applications and shortlist candidates based on role criteria.

Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to the offer stage.

Prepare and issue offer letters in line with organizational policies.
2. Onboarding

Coordinate pre-boarding activities, including document collection and background checks.

Ensure completion of all onboarding documentation and system entries.

Liaise with internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Admin) to ensure readiness for new joiners.

Support new employees through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Track onboarding progress and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

Address new joiner queries and provide guidance on policies and processes.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and onboarding best practices.

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
