About the Role

Promoligne is looking for a Part-Time Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end hiring for our Promotional Products and Solar business units. The role is primarily remote and ideal for someone organized, proactive, and experienced in hiring sales and operational staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft & Post job ads on Recruitment Platforms & Facebook groups
• Source and shortlist candidates
• Conduct initial phone/Zoom interviews
• Coordinate physical interviews at office (when required)
• Maintain recruitment tracker (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Improve job descriptions and hiring processes
• Ensure timely closure of positions

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Fresh graduates with strong HR understanding may apply
• 1–3 years experience in recruitment or HR
• Strong CV screening and interviewing skills
• Good communication and coordination ability
• Experience hiring sales staff is preferred
• Must be self-disciplined and able to work independently

Compensation Options (Flexible Structure)

• Per successful hire commission
