We are seeking a relationship-driven professional to manage the critical transition from candidate selection to successful hire for our Cultivation and Wholesale facilities. In this role, you will be the primary engine behind the offer and badging process, ensuring all compliance and administrative milestones are met with precision. Beyond daily execution, you will focus on optimizing our pre-hire workflows and standardizing the badging lifecycle to ensure a scalable, efficient experience. You will partner closely with Facility Leadership to navigate state-specific regulations, ensuring our production teams are fully credentialed and ready for work before they step onto the production floor.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for the offer and badging process across multiple state jurisdictions.
  • Own the end-to-end offer process, including the generation and distribution of formal offer letters and pre-hire checklists with 100% accuracy.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on state-mandated cannabis agent badging by guiding candidates through the application process and proactively following up to ensure timely approval.
  • Act as the primary post-interview point of contact, providing transparent updates and support as candidates navigate background checks and licensing requirements.
  • Act as the bridge between the TA team and facility leadership, providing real-time updates on candidate status and officially scheduling new hires for orientation once badging is complete.
  • Travel up to 10% to visit facilities and meet with on-site leadership to understand site-specific requirements and build trusted relationships with operations teams.
  • Attend regular staffing calls with Facility Leadership to align start dates with production ramps and harvest schedules.
  • Maintain meticulous records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate files are audit-ready and compliant with state regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, administrative support, or similar field.
  • 2+ years of experience refining administrative workflows, improving data accuracy, or streamlining complex logistics.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% to facility locations within our operating markets (LA, MO, AR, MS).

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in a highly regulated industry (Cannabis, Gaming, Healthcare, or Logistics) is highly preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to perform physical activities including standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
