Recruitment Operations & Digital Marketing Specialist - Salesforce / M365 / Social Media (Dubai)
We are looking for a hands on administrator with proven Salesforce administration, Microsoft 365/Exchange governance, database housekeeping, and GCC focused digital marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end to end recruitment database integrity: deduplication, housekeeping, and consolidation of 10,000+ candidate records across Salesforce, ATS, and O365.
- Administer Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online environment: user lifecycle, security groups, DLP, retention policies, and email flow troubleshooting.
- Customize and maintain Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and integrations with LinkedIn, Bayt, GulfTalent, and WhatsApp Business API.
- Execute paid & organic social campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, X) targeting UAE/GCC talent pools; design visuals, write copy, A/B test, and report on CPL/CPA.
- Build automated candidate nurturing sequences via Mailchimp, Power Automate, and WhatsApp; track open rates, conversion, and time to hire impact.
Ideal Profile
- Minimum 2 years hands on Salesforce Administration + 2 years Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online governance.
- Demonstrable success cleaning databases at scale (1,000+ duplicates merged) with before/after metrics.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, Apps Script) and SOQL/Data Loader fluency.
- Experience integrating Salesforce O365 ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar).
