We are hiring a senior, Arabic-speaking 360 contract recruiter to build and lead our Technology & Digital Interim practice in Saudi Arabia .
This is a Riyadh-based role for a commercially mature Principal or Senior Consultant with a strong billing track record and the leadership capability to mentor and develop a junior Saudi team. Saudi nationals are strongly preferred for this role.
The Role
You will take ownership of building a premium, high-margin technology contract desk across the Kingdom, focusing on enterprise-grade mandates rather than volume staffing.
Key client segments include:
• PIF and sovereign-backed portfolio companies
• Leading Saudi banks and financial institutions
• Big Four and Tier 1 strategy consulting firms
• Government transformation programmes and giga-projects
You will operate at senior stakeholder level, negotiating complex MSAs and framework agreements, structuring contractor solutions and navigating compliance, Saudisation and visa requirements where applicable.
In parallel, you will mentor and develop a small team of junior Saudi consultants, instilling strong 360 discipline, commercial confidence and relationship-led business development practices.
