Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and business objectives
• Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various sourcing channels
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for specific roles
• Present candidates to clients, highlighting their strengths and fit for the position
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates
• Follow up with clients post-placement to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing partnerships
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, candidate pipelines, and placement activities in the company database
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Experience

• Proven experience in Dubai Based Recruitment is ESSENTIAL
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and candidates
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets
• Demonstrated success in building relationships and closing deals in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of staffing industry practices or familiarity with various industries is a plus
