What we’re looking for

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing and headhunting, excellent knowledge of recruitment platforms, and hands-on experience with at least one ATS system. This role offers an exciting opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance.

What will you be doing


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across various functions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job boards.
  • Perform proactive headhunting and build talent pipelines for niche roles.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS system and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver within agreed timelines.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management

Skills and Experience

  • Experience: 3–6 years in recruitment, preferably in corporate or agency environments.
  • Strong expertise in headhunting and sourcing passive candidates.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ATS system (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Zoho Recruit, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Hours

This is a full-time position operating under a hybrid model, with three days in the office and two days working remotely. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, with a one-hour lunch break.
