Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role located in Doha, Qatar. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for handling the full recruitment cycle, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, facilitating interviews, and managing the hiring process. Additional responsibilities include on boarding new hires, maintaining recruitment reports, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing techniques
• Strong Communication skills to build positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Experience in delivering effective Training programs for new hires
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
