Your Role: We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who enjoys keeping things organized and making work fun! Someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and helps things run smoothly.

What you will be doing?

Recruitment - - Drive end-to-end hiring for our corporate and educator roles.

- Build a candidate pipeline and provide strong candidate experience that makes people say, "Wow, I want to work here!"

- Partner with hiring managers to bring in the best talent on board.

HR Operations - - Keep our employee data clean, updated and audit

-ready at all times. -

Own all core HR activities - POSH/POCSO compliance, Insurance,

BGVs - ensuring everything is done within TAT.

- Manage employee lifecycle changes - additions, exits and updates through SuccessFactors.

Who You Are - You've got 3-5 years of HR experience (recruitment + operations)

. - You are a self-starter, organized, and someone who makes sure things get done. You enjoy working with people and always find ways to make engagement creative and meaningful. Exposure to SuccessFactors. (Experience in any HRMS works, but SuccessFactors is a big plus).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
