Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles — from sourcing to screening profiles.
- Partner with department heads to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals - LinkedIn, references, and social media).
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and dashboards.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/ master's in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment (IoT Electronic/Software industry preferred).
- Strong capability in self-networking and relationship building, with hands-on experience in campus recruitment, talent outreach, and developing candidate pipelines through professional connections and institutional partnerships.
- Hands-on experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in maintaining recruitment data using Excel sheets or basic recruitment trackers will be an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
