Recruitment Specialist

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role within the

hospitality industry / preferably resorts or hotels.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each

job opening and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job

boards, social media, and professional networks.

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on their skills,

experience, and cultural fit within the organization.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers,

providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.

  • Evaluate candidates' suitability for the position, considering both technical skills and

alignment with company culture.

  • Manage the offer negotiation process, including discussions on salary, benefits, and

other terms of employment.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring

data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Build and nurture talent pools for current and future hiring needs, keeping abreast of

industry trends and market changes.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes, ensuring

efficiency and effectiveness in attracting top talent.

  • Assist in the onboarding process, helping new hires integrate into the company

culture and facilitating a smooth transition.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:
