Recruitment Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and maintaining candidate records. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will assist in coordinating onboarding and training sessions for new hires while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing candidates effectively.
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and build relationships with candidates.
• Fluent English, Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience in Training and onboarding processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring regulations in the UAE is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus but not required.
