We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment within the Manpower Supply industry, and will be responsible for fulfilling manpower needs across various clients sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for both technical and non-technical roles, including site, office, and support positions.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, utilizing job boards, professional sourcing sites internal databases, and headhunting.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews, schedule technical assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and ensure timely completion of joining formalities.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies based on operational manpower requirements.
- Work closely with operations teams to fulfill manpower requirements within deadlines.
- Coordinate overseas mobilization processes, accommodation, and transportation with Manpower Administration.
- Follow up with agencies regarding candidate documentation and job offers for visa processing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment, preferably in Manpower Supply or recruitment sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of worker mobilization and labor regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, recruitment platforms, and online tracking tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Experience handling overseas recruitment and visa processing.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
