Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Dubai.

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely attraction, selection, and onboarding of qualified candidates. The role works closely with hiring managers to fulfill workforce requirements while maintaining a positive candidate experience and supporting the company's talent acquisition objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for technical, operational, and corporate positions.
• Coordinate interviews and provide recruitment recommendations.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Maintain recruitment records, databases, and hiring reports.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent partners.
• Support onboarding activities for new employees.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs
• Assist in organizing internal and external training sessions.
• Maintain training records and monitor employee participation.
• Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and employee development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, and operational positions.
• Industrial sector recruitment experience is required. Oil & Gas industry experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and ATS platforms.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
