Role Description

Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar roles — from manpower planning to onboarding.

Source and attract candidates through job fairs, social media, referrals, and local community channels.

Conduct initial screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews with operations or branch managers.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for frequently hired positions.

Coordinate with operations and HR teams to forecast staffing needs and hiring timelines.

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment data using the HRIS or applicant tracking system.

Support in onboarding and orientation of new hires.

Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in blue-collar & mass recruitment in the food & beverage or retail sector is a must.

Strong interviewing and assessment skills.

Good knowledge of local labor market and recruitment channels.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
