ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Recruitment Specialist to manage full-cycle hiring across
multiple departments and role types — including technical, non-technical,
sales, support, operations, and research positions.
This role is designed for an early to mid-career recruiter who wants to
own a hiring desk, build multi-domain sourcing expertise, and grow into
a senior recruitment professional.

Shift: 3 PM – 12 AM | Days: Monday – Saturday | Mode: 100% On-Site
Salary: PKR 65,000 – 95,000 per month

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Own the complete hiring process from job brief to offer acceptance
- Manage 3–6 active roles simultaneously across different departments
- Hire across multiple domains — technical roles, non-technical roles,
sales, operations, research, support, and more
- Ensure every candidate — shortlisted or rejected — receives a
professional and timely response
Sourcing & Pipeline Building:
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and Rozee.pk
- Use Boolean search and direct outreach to find passive candidates
- Build talent pipelines for recurring role types
- Engage candidates through personalized, professional outreach
Screening & Coordination:
- Conduct structured phone and video screenings daily
- Assess candidates against role-specific requirements
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
- Collect and communicate structured feedback efficiently
Reporting & Accountability:
- Maintain a clean, updated recruitment tracker at all times
- Submit weekly pipeline reports to senior recruiter and management
- Track sourcing channel effectiveness and time-to-fill metrics

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must Have:
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience — any industry or domain
- Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously
- Comfortable sourcing on LinkedIn, Indeed, or Rozee.pk
- Strong English communication — written and verbal
- Full availability for 3 PM – 12 AM, Monday to Saturday,
on-site in Karachi
Nice to Have:
- Experience hiring across different role types
(technical AND non-technical)
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques
- Background in agency recruitment
- Basic knowledge of any ATS or recruitment CRM tool
- Experience with stakeholder coordination across departments
