Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare positions (Doctors, Nurses, Admins, Paramedical staff, Support staff).
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and management.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare talent for current and future needs.
- Handle onboarding formalities and documentation.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely reporting.
- Build strong relationships with medical colleges, nursing institutions, and professional networks for talent sourcing.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration (MBA in HR preferred).
- 2–5 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in healthcare sector).
- Strong knowledge of hiring practices for medical and non-medical healthcare roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment tools.
