Job Title: Recruitment Specialist / HR Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to meet the company’s evolving needs. You will manage the full recruitment cycle and contribute to enhancing our employer brand and overall candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, update, and post job advertisements across multiple platforms.

Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial interviews and collaborate closely with managers to ensure successful placements.

Maintain and update a talent database for future hiring needs.

Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, processes, and tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment or HR.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
