Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience within the real estate industry, specifically handling positions in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and other related functions. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the real estate sector.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels.
• Coordinate interviews and liaise with hiring managers throughout the process.
• Maintain an updated talent pipeline for key positions.
• Support onboarding processes as required.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and UAE labor regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in a real estate company.
• Proven experience hiring Sales, Business Development, and Marketing professionals.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/platforms.
