Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Specialist/Recruiter who can work under pressure and deliver quality hires within tight deadlines. The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments, from sourcing candidates to final placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Source candidates through online platforms, professional networks, referrals, and job portals.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates’ qualifications against job requirements.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring smooth coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate offers and finalize employment terms with selected candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Ensure timely filling of vacancies across various departments while meeting quality standards.
• Work under pressure to achieve hiring targets and support business needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: BD300.000 - BD400.000 per month
