Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client positions.

· Source candidates through LinkedIn, Rozee, Indeed, and other job portals.

· Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

· Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.

· Maintain recruitment databases and hiring trackers.

· Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

· Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an HR Consultancy.

· Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.

· Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
