Hiring: Recruitment Trainee

Experience - Fresher - 6 months

Location - Thane

We are looking for a proactive and eager-to-learn individual to join our Recruitment team. You'll support our hiring, work closely with senior recruiters, and learn the end-to-end recruitment process — a great opportunity to kickstart your HR career!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in understanding job descriptions & shortlisting profiles
• Source candidates via job portals & internal databases
• Schedule interviews & follow up with candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers & documentation
• Learn salary structures, offer processes & compliance basics
• Coordinate with teams & support candidate engagement

Skills Required:

• Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Organized, reliable & willing to learn
• Interest in recruitment practices & industry trends
