Role Description

We are hiring a Red Hat Certified Engineer (OpenShift Administrator) for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, UAE.

The OpenShift Administrator will be responsible for:

• Managing and maintaining the OpenShift Container Platform.
• Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications.
• Monitoring system health, troubleshooting issues, applying updates and patches.
• Providing support for containerized applications and system enhancements.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proficiency with OpenShift Container Platform and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and shell scripting.
• Understanding of network configuration, security practices, and firewall management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification (mandatory).
• Prior experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
