We are immediately seeking an experienced and highly skilled Red Teaming Specialist to join our offensive security operations team in Abu Dhabi. This role is for a proven adversary capable of executing sophisticated, stealthy engagements against complex enterprise environments. The Role

You will lead internal and external Red Team operations, simulating advanced persistent threats (APTs) to rigorously test the organization's security posture. Success in this role requires a "0trace" mindset and the ability to operate undetected.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of dedicated experience in Red Teaming and Offensive Security.
• Proven ability to conduct stealthy operations with a "0trace" methodology.
• Strong experience in both internal and external Red Team engagements.
• Expert-level skills in Web Application Penetration Testing.
• Good working knowledge of Mobile Application Penetration Testing (iOS and Android).
• Preferred: experience identifying and reporting CVEs or 0-day vulnerabilities.
• Strong command of Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, Burp Suite, and Nmap.
• Proficiency in developing custom scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Deep understanding of Active Directory exploitation, lateral movement, and privilege escalation techniques.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and OWASP.
• Excellent ability to write detailed, actionable reports and communicate complex technical risks to all stakeholders.

• Mandatory: OSCP, CRTP, OSCE
• Preferred: GRTP, OSEE
