Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or Real Estate with strong knowledge of DCPR 2034.
Strong knowledge of DCPR 2034 and Unified DCPR 2034 to ensure redevelopment projects follow all regulations.
Handle the end-to-end redevelopment process, including identifying sites and engaging with housing societies.
Conduct due diligence for acquisitions, covering financial, legal, and technical aspects.
Work closely with architects and internal teams to prepare redevelopment cost estimates, including MCGM and statutory charges.
Coordinate with the Legal team on agreements such as PDA, AAA, and manage legal issues if any.
Lead meetings with society managing committees and maintain clear, professional communication.
Oversee land acquisition, approvals, planning, budgeting, timelines, and project reporting.
Maintain proper documentation, including meeting minutes and correspondence.
10+ years of experience in real estate, preferably in redevelopment or land acquisition.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Well-organized, proactive, and team-oriented.
Hands-on experience with redevelopment projects and housing societies.
