Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or Real Estate with strong knowledge of DCPR 2034.

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of DCPR 2034 and Unified DCPR 2034 to ensure redevelopment projects follow all regulations.

• Handle the end-to-end redevelopment process, including identifying sites and engaging with housing societies.

• Conduct due diligence for acquisitions, covering financial, legal, and technical aspects.

• Work closely with architects and internal teams to prepare redevelopment cost estimates, including MCGM and statutory charges.

• Coordinate with the Legal team on agreements such as PDA, AAA, and manage legal issues if any.

• Lead meetings with society managing committees and maintain clear, professional communication.

• Oversee land acquisition, approvals, planning, budgeting, timelines, and project reporting.

• Maintain proper documentation, including meeting minutes and correspondence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in real estate, preferably in redevelopment or land acquisition.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

• Well-organized, proactive, and team-oriented.

• Hands-on experience with redevelopment projects and housing societies.
