Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Reel Content Creator to drive our organic growth on Instagram and other short-form platforms. This role focuses on producing highly engaging, share-worthy content including reels, memes, and trend-based videos that connect with audiences in a modern, relatable way.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify viral trends, memes, and cultural moments relevant to our brand (examples: Crumble Pakistan, Jani Biryani style content).
• Create original and engaging Reels that tap into trending audio, memes, and storytelling formats.
• Develop meme-style content that feels authentic, humorous, and aligned with current social media culture.
• Plan and maintain a consistent posting schedule to maximize reach and engagement.
• Monitor performance analytics to understand what drives organic growth and continuously optimize.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand voice and goals are reflected in every piece of content.
• Engage with the community through comments, shares, and trend participation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creating viral reels, TikToks, or meme-driven content.
• Deep understanding of meme culture, internet humor, and social media trends.
• Strong video editing skills for short-form content.
• Ability to adapt tone and style to suit brand identity.
• Passion for driving organic engagement and growth without relying on paid ads.
