We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Reel Editor to join our in-house production team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for short-form video content and a creative eye for trends and storytelling.

Position Overview:

The Reel Editor will be responsible for editing engaging short-form videos, primarily for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, visual storytelling, and a basic grasp of digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) for social media platforms

Work closely with the content and marketing teams to develop visually engaging video content

Incorporate music, transitions, text overlays, effects, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling

Maintain consistency with brand tone, style, and visual identity

Stay updated with the latest trends in short-form video content and apply them creatively

Organize and manage media assets efficiently

Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field (completed)

6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in video editing or content creation

Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and creative storytelling

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut

Basic understanding of motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus

Attention to detail, creative mindset, and strong visual sense

Ability to work full-time on-site at our Rawalpindi office
