We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, who meets the following qualifications:

- Experience as a receptionist and/or administrative assistant in a real estate company

- Knowledge of real estate documentation, contracts, and basic compliance requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

- Professional and strong customer service skills

- Ability to handle front desk duties, including answering calls, greeting clients, and managing inquiries

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office systems

- Ability to manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and coordination with agents

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Real Estate Industry: 3 years (Required)
  • Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook): 3 years (Required)
