Referral Agent

• Referring potential clients to Orient Financial Brokers for Forex Trading Platform Products/Services offered by the company.
• Meeting and connecting with potential customers to introduce and inform them about the Forex Trading Platform Products/Services offered.
• Responsible for onboarding new clients .
• Assisting and guiding clients by explaining margin trading, leverage, technical analysis, indicators and their meanings, fundamental analysis, market news, and related trading concepts and processes.
• Educating clients on the company’s trading platforms, products, account opening, deposit, and withdrawal procedures.
• Handling client concerns and complaints professionally and courteously while coordinating with the relevant departments.
• Client follow-up to maintain relationships
