Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a strong referral network throughout Montana and across the country
• Connect clients with qualified agents locally and nationally
• Represent KW Capital Realty at networking events, community gatherings, and business functions
• Generate opportunities through strategic relationships and consistent outreach
• Act as a trusted resource for clients relocating to or from Montana
• Maintain strong communication with clients and referral partners
• Create long term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

• Active real estate license in Montana
