This opportunity is ideal for licensed real estate professionals looking for a flexible business model that leverages networking, referrals, and relationship building throughout El Paso, Las Cruces, Horizon City, Socorro, Sunland Park, and surrounding Texas and New Mexico communities.

With continued population growth, military relocations, cross border commerce, first time homebuyers, investment properties, new construction, and residential real estate activity throughout the region, this role offers outstanding opportunities for agents who enjoy connecting clients with trusted real estate professionals while building a scalable referral based business.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a strong referral network throughout Texas, New Mexico, and across the country
• Connect clients with qualified agents locally and nationally
• Represent KW El Paso & Las Cruces at networking events, community gatherings, and business functions
• Generate opportunities through strategic relationships and consistent outreach
• Act as a trusted resource for clients relocating to or from the region
• Maintain strong communication with clients and referral partners
• Create long term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

• Active real estate license in Texas
