Referral Specialist

We are looking for motivated, well-networked individuals to join our team as Referral Specialists. This is a fully remote, contract-based opportunity with NO quotas, NO caps, and NO experience required. You simply connect people with our services and earn a flat fee for every qualified referral. That's it!

You will refer two types of leads:

ACCOUNTING & ADVISORY CLIENTS

Refer businesses or individuals in need of CFO advisory, bookkeeping, accounting, or tax planning services.

→ Earn 10% of the client's first payment

→ CFO Advisory clients start at $2,500+/mo

→ Bookkeeping clients start at $800+/mo

→ Tax Planning clients start at $2,500+

CALL CENTER AGENTS

Refer individuals looking for remote work who complete certification and work two full pay periods.

→ Earn $50 per qualified agent

- Share information about JWesley Consulting through your personal and professional network

- Refer potential accounting/advisory clients or call center agents

- Ensure referred individuals mention your name when they apply or sign on

- Represent JWesley Consulting professionally and ethically
