We're not looking for an order-taker. We're looking for a closer who cares — someone who can own the consultation from first hello to signed consent without ever making the patient feel sold to.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Guide warm, pre-screened patients through their surgical options (LASIK, PRK, and alternatives) with genuine empathy and clinical fluency
- Present financing options, package pricing, and payment plans clearly — you're comfortable talking about $5K–$15K without flinching
- Follow up with undecided patients via phone, text, and email — turning hesitation into confidence, not pressure
- Coordinate scheduling, pre-op paperwork, and surgery day logistics — you're the patient's anchor throughout the entire journey
- Track conversion metrics, report weekly numbers, and work with the team to sharpen the consultation process
- Represent the Visionary brand — premium, warm, results-oriented — at every patient touchpoint

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You don't need an ophthalmology background. You need to be a closer who cares.

If you've sold high-ticket services, managed consultations, or worked in cosmetic, dental, or medical sales — we want to hear from you. The clinical knowledge, we'll teach. The emotional intelligence? That has to be yours.

- Proven sales track record — you've hit or exceeded quota in consultative, high-ticket environments (cosmetic, dental, medical, luxury, real estate)
- Comfortable with numbers — you can break down financing, monthly payments, and ROI without making the patient feel sold to
- Coachable and growth-oriented — you want to refine your approach and be held to high standards because you hold yourself to them first
- Deeply empathetic — you know that fear, not money, is usually the real objection, and you know how to hold space for that
- Polished and professional — our patients are affluent and discerning; they expect excellence from the first impression to the final handshake
