Refrigeration & Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Refrigeration Management: Monitor, evacuate, and "fill gas" (recharging refrigerants like R404A or R290) according to environmental standards.
• Preventative Maintenance: Clean condenser coils, sanitize internal tanks, and lubricate mechanical seals to prevent leaks.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose cooling failures, motor issues, or compressor malfunctions quickly to minimize production downtime.
• Mechanical Repairs: Replace worn-out gearmotors, scraper blades, and O-rings.
• Electrical Work: Basic wiring, replacing fuses, and troubleshooting control boards or thermostats.
