Are you an elite surgical sales professional ready to own a region and drive growth across one of the most expansive product platforms in regenerative medicine?

We're working exclusively with a well-established, commercially mature biologics company to identify a top-performing OR Business Leader for their Pacific Northwest region. This is a direct sales, high-visibility role with a strong base + uncapped commission structure.

The right candidate will be a clinical champion who can open doors across departments, build KOL relationships, and expand utilization in ways that most single-specialty reps never experience.


What You'll Do

  • Own regional sales strategy, execution, and performance reporting across key OR and surgical accounts
  • Serve as the go-to clinical expert — supporting cases, training surgeons, running educational labs, and conducting in-services across specialties
  • Partner with regional sales reps to develop new accounts and deepen penetration in existing ones
  • Build and execute key account business plans targeting high-volume surgical facilities, fellowship programs, GPO/IDN contracts, and KOLs
  • Collaborate with marketing and enterprise sales to drive field-level campaigns
  • Represent the company at national and regional conventions and surgeon education events


What We're Looking For

  • 5–7 years of successful OR/surgical sales experience
  • 3+ years outside medical device or biologics sales; regenerative tissue or wound care background a strong plus
  • Documented above-quota performance in institutional/hospital selling environments
  • Comfort presenting to surgeons, department heads, and C-suite stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel 80–90% regionally (and occasionally nationally)
  • Bachelor's degree required


Compensation

  • Base Salary: $112,000 – $135,000
  • Variable commission plan (performance-based)
  • Full benefits package
