  • Manage key accounts by building lasting relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to secure sales agreements that benefit both clients and the company.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering technical support, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, clinical specialists, and product development to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.

Experience

  • Proven success in B2B sales within medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries, particularly in surgical or regenerative medicine sectors.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Demonstrated expertise in account management and outside sales environments.
  • Experience delivering product demos and technical sales presentations confidently to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in analysis skills for market research, sales forecasting, and performance tracking using tools like Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration and motivate others toward shared goals.
  • Knowledge of medical sales regulations, pharmaceutical sales practices, and customer service principles is highly desirable.
