We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven
Regional Brand Manager
to join our team in Dubai and lead brand growth across the APAC & MEA markets.
This role will play a key part in translating global brand strategies into impactful regional and local plans, driving both commercial performance and brand equity across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive financial, commercial, and brand KPI achievement across IDM markets

Develop regional brand strategies based on consumer, shopper, and market insights

Translate global strategies into locally relevant execution plans

Lead cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Trade Marketing, DTC, Supply Chain, Finance, and Global teams

Manage localization and activation of campaigns, launches, and initiatives

Support commercial teams with strong storytelling, presentations, and strategic brand direction
What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in Brand Management within regional or international environments
-
Background in Fashion, Footwear, Beauty, Retail, or FMCG (footwear experience is a plus)

Experience across APAC and/or MEA markets is highly preferred

Strong expertise in brand strategy, consumer insights, and campaign execution

Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
