Role Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and creative individual to join our Dubai team as a Regional Business Development & Content Executive.
This role combines business development, vendor acquisition, sales representation, and content creation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, and creating engaging content that drives international sales and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and build relationships with vendors, suppliers, retailers, manufacturers, and business partners across the region.
- Visit vendors regularly to identify products and opportunities suitable for international marketing and sales.
- Record high-quality daily content using a mobile phone, including videos, product showcases, interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and market updates.
- Work closely with the marketing team to provide a consistent flow of content for social media, websites, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Obtain vendor approval and cooperation for filming and content creation activities.
- Act as the company’s regional representative while maintaining a professional and confident presence within the market.
- Respond to customer and sales enquiries, introduce company services, and support the sales process from initial contact through to handover to management.
- Attend meetings, trade events, exhibitions, networking functions, and industry gatherings on behalf of the company.
- Provide regular market intelligence, competitor analysis, and commercial feedback to the management team.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships that can help expand the company’s reach and international customer base.
- Maintain organised records of vendor relationships, content activities, and sales opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident meeting and negotiating with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Comfortable recording and presenting content on camera using a smartphone.
- Familiar with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong organisational, reporting, and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, marketing, luxury goods, retail, hospitality, or content creation would be advantageous.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred and willingness to travel within the region.

Package & Benefits
- AED 5,000 monthly basic salary.
- Attractive uncapped sales commission structure.
- Expected earnings of AED 10,000+ per month for successful candidates.
