Regional Business Development IOS - Operating Supplies

Your tasks

• Developing and further enhancing strategic targets for operating supplies (OS) products, such as adhesives, lubricants, filters, detergents.
• Execution of projects within the area of responsibility.
• Planning, optimizing, and controlling of the processes and tasks within the scope of the OS business under all economic aspects.
• Develops Marketing Tools (PPT/Trial Sales/Brochures with KIC).
• Coordinate stocking levels for adhesives with Material Management.
• Develop and improve supply chains.
• Evaluation, controlling and continuous improvement including monthly KPI reporting.
• Co-operation with MEA regions, international regions and headquarters for consistency and best practices.
• Networking and close collaboration with multiple stakeholders and departments to ensure positive outcomes.
• Great communication and alignment.
• Travel approximately 60% or more (Foreign and domestic travel)

Your profile

- University degree required or 3 - 5 years’ experience in the packaging and bottling industry (product specific).

• Requires strong knowledge of Krones product lines and or equivalent industry members.
• Must be able to perform work of a technical nature requiring the use of judgment and independent thinking where only general procedures apply.
• A creative, self-starting team-player with a high-quality orientation and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills required.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• SAP experience and MS Office Skills preferred.
• Driver seat culture mentality.
• Second languages are beneficial
