Position - Regional Business Development Manager - Delhi NCR
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within the solar energy sector, focusing on Commercial and Industrial sectors.

· Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, agents such as electrical consultants, PMC along with regulatory bodies.

· Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and potential projects.

· Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal submissions, presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.

· Work closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and technical soundness of proposed projects.

· Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's presence in the market and increase revenue streams.

· Provide detailed reports on business development activities, market analysis, and competitor performance to senior management.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's services and products.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the solar energy industry, with a proven track record in business development, sales, and project management.

· Strong understanding of solar power technologies, installation processes, and relevant industry regulations.

· Experience in managing and leading sales cycles from prospecting to closing, including negotiation and contract management.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

· Willingness to travel as required

· MBA, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).

· Previous experience with Solar Company, project bids, or solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.

Preferred Skills:

· Knowledge of solar industry trends and market dynamics in Delhi NCR area.

· Strong network within the local solar industry, including key stakeholders, contractors, and regulators.
