We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Regional Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our pharmaceutical business across the GCC and MENA region. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, appoint and manage distributors, develop strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable sales growth while ensuring alignment with regulatory and commercial requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Develop and execute the company's expansion strategy across GCC and MENA markets.
- Identify, evaluate, and appoint new distributors and commercial partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, distributors, healthcare organizations, and government stakeholders.
- Negotiate distribution agreements and commercial terms.
Export Sales
- Achieve regional sales and profitability targets.
- Develop annual business plans and sales forecasts for each assigned market.
- Monitor distributor performance and implement improvement plans where necessary.
- Identify opportunities for new product launches and portfolio expansion.
Distributor Management
- Support distributors in developing and executing sales and marketing plans.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance meetings.
- Train distributor sales teams on company products and value propositions.
- Ensure effective implementation of promotional and marketing activities.
Market Intelligence
- Analyze pharmaceutical market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and tender opportunities.
- Identify new therapeutic opportunities and market needs.
- Provide regular market and business reports to senior management.
Regulatory & Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with Regulatory Affairs to support product registration and lifecycle management.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with Marketing to adapt promotional materials to local market requirements.
Representation
- Represent the company at international pharmaceutical exhibitions, conferences, and business meetings.
- Travel extensively throughout GCC and MENA countries to strengthen customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical exports, international sales, or regional business development.
- Proven experience managing distributors in GCC and MENA markets.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, market access, and distribution models.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bilingual: (Fluency in English and Arabic).

Pay: QAR6.00 - QAR12.00 per month
