Regional Business Manager

Work Location: Madurai (Rest of Chennai)

Two years of consistency in present or the previous company is required.

Senior ABM candidate can also apply for this role.

Work Experience

• Experience in Pharmaceuticals: Generally 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on sales or marketing.
• Equal number of people handling Experience or aspiring ABM with good conversion records preferred
• Previous Managerial Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing teams and driving sales in a regional capacity.

• Leadership: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to regional markets.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
