· Safely operate a tractor-trailer according to DOT/FMCSA regulations

· Pre-post trip inspections to ensure proper equipment maintenance

· Use ELD to record DOT-mandated Hours of Service records

· Communication excellence with dispatch and customers

· Ensure highest quality service, consistent with customers' premium service expectations.

24 MONTHS OF VERIFIABLE CDL-A EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED PLEASE!

· Hazmat/Tanker Endorsements a plus, but not required

· Strong work ethic and ability to be flexible are both extremely important to us.

Sharco Express is currently hiring both SINGLE and TEAM company drivers to move no-touch, dry van expedite freight for the automotive industry throughout the Midwest.

INDUSTY-LEADING PAY: Driver pay is .62 cents per mile and up to .03 cents per mile for safety bonus. Regional drivers consistently run between 2400-2800 miles/week.

GUARANTEED WEEKLY HOMETIME: We want our drivers taking their time off at home with their families. You will go out at the beginning of the week and be home on the weekend to do your restart at home.

· 95 drivers (soon to be 85!). Average time w/ company is 3.25 years.

· 90 trucks, 2021 or newer. All Freightliner Cascadia.

· 300 dry van trailers. Tire inflation systems on all equipment. Satellite tracking ensures no "wild goose chases".

· All equipment maintained in-house with TA/Petro/Michelin National Account for emergencies on the road.
